REQUIREMENTS

  • Entrepreneur drive & dedicated individual
  • Restaurant experience preferred, but not required
  • Agree with our Non-Disclosure Agreement
  • Submit an application and financials

INVESTMENTS

  • Franchise Fee: $25,000 ( reg $35,000, in promotion for the 1st time)
  • Fixture & Equipment: $250,000 - $300,000
  • Construction: starts from $300,000 depends on the size & layout
  • Franchisee fee: 3% net sales ( reg 5%, in promotion for the 1st time)
  • Marketing fee: 1% net sales

*fees are a range based on each unique build and actual finished size and the scope of the build, estimate of your build cost is provided during contract phase.
